Air, le troisième élément.- Air, the third element.

C'est la première partie de la Trilogie des Éléments. Air, Eau et Terre. Chaque bol représente un élément et le Feu est à l'intérieur. Les potiers japonais comprennent la vision du vase ou du bol de cette manière, on construit le corps, le contenant et puis, l'âme de la pièce viendra pour rester dedans.

This is the first part of the Element's Trilogy. Air, Water and Earth. Each bowl represents an element and the Fire is inside. As Japanese potters understand the vision of the vase or bowl in this way, we build the body, the container and then, the soul of the piece will come to stay in.

J’aime travailler avec des trilogies, c'est plus équilibré qu’une paire, au moins je le ressens comme ça.

Trois points d’ancrage pour une idée et en même temps une façon de raconter une histoire. Les trois parties de l’ouvrage sont le développement de l’image mentale que j’ai au début.

I like to work with trilogies, it sounds more balanced than a pair, at least I feel it like that.

Three points to anchor the idea, and at the same time a way for telling a story. The three parts of the work are the development of the mental image I have at the beginning.

Je continuerai la création de cette série dès mon retour à la maison, à la fin du mois.
